  Steve Meadows the owner is a joke to deal with. Completely unprofessional, and customer service is much less than average. I purchased a home built by him as a second home owner, but the house is very newly built. The house is less than 3 years old and were having a major problem with the subfloor that is ruining the wood, and tile in every area of the house. I understand problems can occur and don’t hold my standard to perfection, however this is a major problem. This problem is a result of one of two things, either a product recall or defect, or it was installed improperly. Mr. Meadows called the mfg for every product used and there were no recalls, that leaves the installation process. I have had 4 contractors who do work for Mr. Meadows give me quotes to replace tile in our master bathroom as the floor is falling apart due to this subfloor issue. EVERY contractor has stated there is a major issue going on and it needs to be address. I spoke to Mr. Meadows and he agrees that there is something going on in our house, but then stated that their warranty is only for 12 months. That seems a bit ridiculous on a house that costs over $400K. Completely dissatisfied with his customer service, ecpicslly from a builder who depends on word of mouth to sell homes. If you’re thinking of building with them, please feel free to contact me directly and I’ll let you walk through my home. Trust me!!! It isn’t worth it!!!
